Men's Varsity 4 Places 4th in Petite Final at IRA Championships

PENNSAUKEN, NJ - The Temple men's Varsity 4 placed fourth in the petite final Saturday at the Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) Championships held on the Cooper River.

Temple's crew, comprised of junior Matt Sbei (coxswain), senior Jimmy Barr (stroke), senior Aaron Heyde (3-seat), junior Mike Mirabella (2-seat) and senior Brian Reehill (bow), finished its race in 6:29.944.  Holy Cross won with a time of 6:24.034, followed by Harvard (6:25.533) and Wisconsin (6:26.757).  Boston U placed fifth with a time of 6:31.081 with Yale placing sixth (6:36.525).
