Alicia Doms lone Temple player active on Sunday

PHILADELPHIA – Alicia Doms concluded play for the Temple women's tennis team at the Cissie Leary Invitational, held at the University of Penn on September 21-23.

Doms was playing in the semifinals of the consolation round on Sunday morning. She came up against a tough cross-city rival in Nicole Pivonka of Drexel, dropping a 6-3, 6-1 decision to exit the competition.

The Owls are back in action this weekend at the Saint Joseph's Invitational, held at the SJU Tennis Complex on Friday-Sunday, September 28-30.
