PHILADELPHIA – As Temple Baseball gets closer to opening the season on Friday, second-year head coach Ryan Wheeler wrapped up his 2013 season outlook. In the fourth segment of “Countdown to First Pitch”, Wheeler talks about how his players are extra eager to play against their Atlantic 10 rivals this season. The Owls' leader breaks down his schedule and calls for all fans to come out to support the team this season out in Ambler.

The Owls officially get the new season underway next Friday (Feb. 15) when they head to Cary, N.C., where they will play four games in three days at the USA Baseball Complex Classic. Starting with a double-header on Opening Day, the Owls will face Wright State and Delaware when they begin the season.
