Volleyball Wins Alumni Tournament to Close out the Spring Season

PHILADELPHIA - The spring season ended on a high note for Temple volleyball, as the Owls won their own Alumni Tournament with a record of 3-1. The tournament, held April 19, also featured teams from Penn, Navy, Delaware and La Salle.
Many alums from across generations of Temple volleyball came out to both support the team and play on their own team in the tournament. For Temple, the weekend of matches and social events is the highlight of its spring season each year, and a wonderful way to finish out. The Owls now set their sights on the upcoming 2014 fall season, which will mark Temple's second as a member of the American Athletic Conference. To pump up the team for the upcoming year, the Owls put together a video, which can be seen HERE.
