Alyssa Drachslin Named to American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - For her efforts over the week of Sept. 22-28, Temple volleyball's Alyssa Drachslin has been named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll. For Drachslin, it is her second such honor of the 2014 season.
In a 1-1 week for the Owls, who are 10-4 overall, Drachslin averaged 5.83 digs per set to lead all players in the conference. She recorded a match-best 19 digs in Temple's loss at UConn on Sept. 24, and followed that up with a match-best 16 digs in the Owls' sweep of ECU on Sept. 28. At ECU, Drachslin also served up an ace.
Temple is back in action this weekend at UCF (Friday) and USF (Sunday).
