Men's Crew Holds 2nd Annual Erg-A-Thon in Memory of Mike Mirabella '13

PHILADELPHIA -- The Temple men's crew team held its second annual erg-a-thon on Monday, hosting the event in honor of Mike Mirabella '13.
The 12-hour fundraiser was held at Temple's Bell Tower from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., with Owl team members and coaches each taking one hour shifts on the erg. The Temple spirit squad and Hooter also made appearances at the event.Â
A four-year member of the Temple crew team, Mirabella passed away on December 2, 2014 after a long bout with cancer. He was 23.
