Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championships to be Streamed Live

PHILADELPHIA -- Racing at this weekend's Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championship Regatta will be streamed live by US Rowing through YouTube.com. Temple will compete on both Saturday and Sunday.
The Owls will face a tough field at the 47th-annual event. Oak Ridge Rowing Association serves as the local organizing committee, as boats from over 20 schools will compete.
Assistant Coach Brian Perkins thinks this weekend will be a good tune-up for the upcoming Dad Vail Regatta. "These are very fast crews we are racing at this premier event," he noted. "It is time for us to prove that we are back among the top Dad Vail programs."
