"Penn State will probably be one of the toughest out of all of our competitions this indoor season next to the Valentine Invitational in Boston," said head coach Elvis Forde. "It's great that a good number of our athletes have been accepted to compete this weekend and that some received invitation. I hope for them to continue to get invited to these types of high caliber events."
On day one of competition the first event for the Owls will be the long jump, beginning on Friday at 4:00 p.m., featuring McCluskey. Following the long jump, Jackson will take on the 60 meter hurdles and then will return to the track along with McCluskey for the 60 meter dash.
