Rapacz Named to American Weekly Honor Roll

PHILADELPHIA -- Temple volleyball player Izzy Rapacz was to the American Weekly Honor Roll on Monday, September 11. Rapacz was also named the Under Armour/OwlSports.com Athlete of the Week for her efforts.
The senior led the Owls to their third straight victory, a 3-0 sweep over Boston College. Rapacz swung 18 times against the Eagles, recording 11 kills, without an error. She hit .611 during the match, tying the second-highest offensive clip of her career. Adding to her stats against BC, Rapacz tallied four blocks on the night.
Temple is 4-3 on the season and will travel to Villanova on Friday, September 15 to play the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m.
