Quotable
"Overall the team had a great meet today. This week we did a lot of preparation for the dual meet environment and emphasized maintaining a strong mindset throughout and staying focused on what we needed to do from start to finish. Our gymnasts did a great job of taking each skill one at a time and remaining composed for the duration of competition. Tonight we had a no-fall meet, which proves a great day. It is always difficult to go into an opponent's arena and beat them, but we showed strong performances. I believe we did a fantastic job on each event tonight and we could not be more pleased with how that they performed coming off last week's outcome." –Head coach Umme Salim-Beasley
