Women's Rowing Spring Schedule Starts March 24

PHILADELPHIA -- Despite snow and frigid temperatures, the Temple women's rowing team is hard at work preparing for the upcoming spring season. The Owls will start the spring campaign on March 24 on the Schuylkill River.
MARCH RACES
> Temple opens the season with a pair of races in March, beginning with a double-dual with SJU, against UNC and Boston College on the 24th.
> The Owls will race in their first big regatta on March 31, hosting the Murphy Cup on the Schuylkill River.
APRIL RACES
> A busy April sees Temple participate in three events.
> The two-day Knecht Cup runs April 14th and 15th on Lake Mercer in West Windsor, N.J.
> On April 21, the Owls will race against their city foes, competing on the Schuylkill for the Kelly Cup.
> Temple will then head to Worcester, Mass. for the Eastern Sprints on April 29.
MAY RACES
> The Owls will compete at the American Athletic Conference Championships on May 12 on the Cooper River in Camden, N.J.
> If qualified, Temple will compete at the 2018 NCAA Championships from May 25-27 in Sarasota, Fla.
