Mia Davis Earns Spot on American Weekly Honor Roll

PHILADELPHIA -- Temple sophomore Mia Davis earned a spot on the American Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Weekly Honor Roll on Monday. This is the third time this season she's grabbed the honor.

Davis averaged a double-double in a 1-1 week for Temple with 17.5 points and 10.0 rebounds. On Wednesday at Penn, she recorded 15 points with eight rebounds. On Saturday against ECU, she notched a double-double with 20 points and 12 rebounds. For the week, Davis shot 56.5% from the field.

On the season, the sophomore forward leads the Owls in scoring and rebounding, averaging 17.8 points and 8.3 boards per outing.
