TULSA, Okla.— Temple men's tennis (11-6, 3-1 AAC) showed grit and toughness on Sunday afternoon as the team defeated No. 47 Tulsa on the road, 4-3, at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center. The Owls have now won six straight matches.

> Tulsa came out on top in the No. 5 and No. 3 spots to put them up 2-1. Dorash defeated Jarod Hing, 6-3, 6-4 at fourth singles to even up the score.
> The Golden Hurricane took the decision on court one to go up 3-2, but Juan Araoz outlasted Boriss Kamdem in a three-setter to even the score at 3-3.
> The match came down to second singles, where Wallner battled Kody Pearson. Wallner forced a third-set and rallied from behind to a hold a 6-5 advantage in the final set. Pearson was assessed a default, giving the victory to Wallner and clinching the match for Temple.
