From the Coach
> "These ladies had a tough weekend this weekend," said head coach Josh Nilson. "I asked a lot of them, and they came together and fought through two very important competitions. We replaced a 190 and a 191 with a 194.45 and a 195.075. There are so many things to highlight, individual highs and broken records, but thing I am the most pleased about is how well they fought as a team. I am proud of them and I'm excited for the rest of the season!"
