Danielson a Repeat Selection to AAC Honor Roll

PHILADELPHIA -- Freshman volleyball player Falanika Danielson was named to the American Athletic Conference Honor Roll for the second straight week.
Danielson again led Temple's back row, as the Owls went 1-1 in non-conference play. The rookie set a new season/career high in digs against Delaware, racking up 32, while adding six assists and an ace. Against unbeaten Towson, an NCAA second round team a year ago, she led Temple with 16 digs, also adding six assists and an ace. For the week, she averaged 5.33 digs per set.
Temple volleyball is 6-4 on the season and the Owls return to action this weekend with matches at home on Sunday.
