CHERRY HILL, N.J. – Temple men's tennis advanced to 6-4 on the season after posting a 4-3 win over the Blue Hens (5-7) on Thursday afternoon.

Notes

The Owls and the Blue Hens battled it out in doubles play with Owls striking first after Thibault Frumholz and Leo Raquin picked up a win from the No. 2 position.
Jericho Grollman and Hussein El Tawil dropped shortly after from the No. 1 spot, leaving the team doubles point up to the No. 3 matchup. Marin Delmas and Gregoire Barety fought hard, but ultimately dropped in a tie-break, giving the Blue Hens the advantage as they entered singles competition.
The Cherry and White bounced back, with four student-athletes earning points in singles play to edge Delaware, 4-3.

"I'm really happy with the men's performance today," head coach Steve Mauro said. "We have faced some injuries recently that have caused us to have to switch up our line up, but everyone really stepped up to fill those gaps."
