PHILADELPHIA – Temple men's tennis (16-3) fell to No. 61 Penn (7-7) on Wednesday afternoon, March 29 at the Hamlin Tennis Courts in Penn Park. This marks the first loss for the Owls since January 29 against Yale.

NOTES:

Temple started off with the 1-0 lead after winning the doubles point thanks to the work in the first and second positions by Thibault Frumholz and Leo Raquin as well as Marin Delmas and Gregoire Barety.
Penn's top pair of No. 6 Edoardo Graziani and Kevin Zhu were defeated in the first position by Frumholz/Raquin who now push their record to 8-0 from the top spot.
The Owls would take a 2-0 lead thanks to Leo Raquin from the second position defeating Penn's Aditya Gupta.
The score was 3-1 in favor of Temple before Penn fought back to win three-straight matches and claim the win ending Temple's win streak.
Temple's third point was courtesy of Thibault Frumholz from the fifth position defeating Manfredi Graziana in two sets.
