Men's Crew Varsity Eight Ranked 20th in Latest IRCA/IRA Poll

PHILADELPHIA - The Temple Men's Crew Varsity Eight boat has been ranked #20 nationally in the second week of the Intercollegiate Rowing Coaches Association Poll, alongside The Second Varsity Eight ranked #19, and Freshman Eight ranked #16  in the latest IRCA/IRA rankings released on Apr. 26. Temple was also ranked 19th in the IRCA Ten Eyck Team Points Poll.Â
This week's rankings comes after the Owls were tested by Holy Cross, Georgetown, and Marist on Apr. 16, where Temple's Second Varsity Eight, and Freshman Eight took home victories.Â
The next test for the Owls will be Saturday when Temple races in the 2023 Bergen Cup City Championships.
