Men’s, Women’s Cross Country Compete at PSU Spiked Shoe Invitational

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Both the Temple men's and women's cross country team ran this morning at the PSU Spiked Shoe Invitational. The women placed 5^th out of seven schools, while the men finished 4^th at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational hosted by Penn State. The Owls will not compete again till the end of September at Lehigh.

Penn State first on the women's side, while Syracuse finished first in the men's race. Elsa Chan once again impressed for the women, finishing 12^th in a field of 74 runners. Elvira Bredin also stood out with a 22^nd place finish. For the men, Cole Frank led the pack, also finishing 12^th. David Troy, Liem Chot, Josh Christianson, and Mattia Zen all finished top 30.
