PHILADELPHIA - The Temple University women's basketball game against West Virginia, scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 15 at Liacouras Center, will air live nationally on ESPN2 as part of the American Athletic Conference's television package that was announced on Wednesday. The league also announced tip times for the AAC conference slate.

Former league rivals in the Atlantic 10 from 1982-1995, the Owls and Mountaineers will square off for the first time since the 2015 campaign when the two teams met in the WNIT Final Four in Morgantown. The last time Temple hosted WVU was during the 1994-95 season.

The Mountaineers, ranked No. 16 in the preseason Associated Press Top 25 poll, went 25-8 a year ago and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament before falling to Caitlin Clark-led Iowa, 64-54. The Owls won a share of the AAC regular-season title and are led by last year's leading scorer and preseason All-AAC Tiarra East.

Season and single-game tickets, as well as mini plans, are available now by visiting OwlsTix.com or by calling 215-204-8499.
