Temple Fencing Moves Up Two Spots to No. 9 In USFCA Mid-Season Rankings

PHILADELPHIA - In the 2023-24 United States Fencing Coaches Association mid-season rankings, the Temple Owls' fencing team moved two spots into the top 10, from No. 11 to No. 9, announced on Wednesday.
Thus far this season, Temple has a 9-7 record, winning 254 bouts compared to 178 defeats. Highlighting the first half of the season was a win against No. 3 Columbia, 16-11, at the Philadelphia Invitational.

Temple will continue to be tested this weekend as it heads to Northwestern to compete at the Northwestern Duals against five teams in the top 15, including No. 2 Notre Dame, No. 7 Cornell, No. 8 Northwestern, No. 13 Ohio State, and No. 14 Stanford
