Owls to Compete in 2024 Basketball Hall of Fame Showcase

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame has announced the teams for the Hall of Fame Showcase on November 23 and 24 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. Temple will square off against Boston College on the first day of the event.
"We are excited to participate in the Basketball Hall of Fame Showcase at Mohegan Sun," said head coach Adam Fisher. "The Basketball Hall of Fame runs first-class events and we are happy to be back partnering with them. This will be a great opportunity for our program to compete against schools from the ACC, Big East, and Atlantic Ten."
The other game on the first day sees Providence against UMass. November 24 features the winners in the championship game with a consolation contest also taking place.
"We are excited to bring the 2024 Hall of Fame Showcase back to Mohegan Sun and feature four exemplary East Coast programs," said John L. Doleva, President and CEO of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. "We look forward to welcoming these teams and their fans to one of the country's premier early-season tournaments."
Tickets will be available beginning on September 6. Game times and broadcast information will be announced at a later date.
