PHILADELPHIA - Temple women's soccer heads to Winston-Salem this Thursday for its second out of six road games. The Owls are head south after a local opening weekend.

Scouting Temple

Sophomore goalkeeper Tamsin Bynoe had a career-high 14 saves in the season opener against Monmouth.
In her collegiate debut, Raquel Patalon had two shots, both on goal. Patalon and Senior Carly Steinberg lead the team in shots on goal, having two.
Against Villanova on Sunday, the Owls recorded five of Thursday seven shots on target throughout the match.
Defensive back Phoebe Hollin played 180 minutes in the pair of games last week.

Scouting Wake Forest

Wake Forest is a team of 19 seniors and 29 returners from last season.
Senior midfielder Nikayla Small was ranked 57th in the nation and eighth in the ACC with 0.39 assists per game for the 2023 season.
Senior transfer goalkeeper Paige Nurkin totaled 61 saves for an 82.4 save percentage. She finished the 2023 season with a 10-5-3 record including seven shutouts.
Junior forward Caiya Hanks led the team with 16 points last campaign with six goals and four assists.
