Big 5 Men's Golf Invitational Rescheduled for Thursday

LAFAYETTE HILL, Pa. - The annual Big 5 Invitational will finally get underway on Thursday, November 6, in Plymouth Meeting, Pa. at The 1912 Club. The event was originally scheduled for October 23, pushed back to October 30, and then postponed again due to inclement weather.
The Owls were previously in action on October 25-26, and had their best result of the fall season, a fourth-place showing at the Lehigh Invitational. Freshman Nicholas Pisarski was the top finisher with a tie for eighth place showing at the event. Three other Owls closed in a tie for 11th place - senior Jake Naese, and sophomores Mason Tomé and William Jun.
Last year, Temple finished fourth at the event just behind Villanova and Drexel. Ethan Whitney tied for eighth and was one of two golfers to finish in the top 10 at the tournament.
