Men's Soccer Announces 2025 Spring Schedule

PHILADELPHIA – The Temple men's soccer team has released its schedule for the 2025 spring season, featuring six exhibition matches in March and April, including the inaugural Philly Soccer Six Cup.

Temple will compete in the first-ever Philly Soccer Six Cup, a tournament featuring six local programs divided into two divisions. The Owls are in the North Division alongside Rider and La Salle, while the South Division consists of Drexel, Villanova, and St. Joseph's. Each team will play two group-stage matches within its division, with final standings determining matchups for Championship, 2nd-place, and 3rd-place games on April 12.

2025 Spring Schedule:
  • March 14: at Rider (Philly Soccer Six Cup Group Stage) 7:30 P.M.
  • March 22: vs. Penn State 1:00 P.M.
  • March 29: vs. Loyola (at Georgetown) Time TBD
  • March 29: at Georgetown Time TBD
  • April 4: vs. La Salle (Philly Soccer Six Cup Group Stage) 7:00 P.M.
  • April 12: vs. Villanova at WSFS Bank Sportsplex, Chester, Pa. 7:00 P.M.
Temple is coming off an impressive second season under head coach Bryan Green, who led the Owls to a 5-7-5 record and a spot in the AAC Tournament. The 2024 fall season was highlighted by a five-match shutout streak, the program's longest since the 1959 season.
