DORADO, Puerto Rico - The Temple men's golf team heads to the Caribbean for the three-day Dorado Beach Collegiate event, hosted by UNC Greensboro. Play is scheduled to begin on Sunday, Feb. 23, beginning at 9:30 a.m. ET.

- This past week, Temple opened its spring season in South Carolina with the Wexford Intercollegiate, hosted by Francis Marion.
- A pair of Owls finished in the field's top 20, led by a tie for 17th finish from junior Aidan Emmerich.Â
- Senior Ethan Whitney also tabulated his fourth top-20 finish of the 2024-25 season, coming in at 20th overall individually.
- Whitney led the field in par-3 scoring for the 54-hole event, with a stroke average of 2.75. Emmerich was second with 41 pars out of the 90 golfers who competed.
- Temple joins host UNC Greensboro, Illinois State, Ball State, Southern Miss, Old Dominino, Valparaiso, Loyola (Md.), Appalachian State, Army West Point, George Mason, Winthrop, UConn, Bryant, Wofford and James Madison as participants in the event.
