Temple Fencing Earns USFCA All-Academic Honors

PHILADELPHIA – The Temple University women's fencing team was recognized by the United States Fencing Coaches Association (USFCA) for its academic success, earning All-Academic Team honors.
The Owls posted a 3.58 combined in-season team GPA, ranking among the top 20 women's fencing programs in the nation.
The USFCA annually recognizes teams whose in-season GPA ranks among the highest in collegiate fencing. Duke was named the 2025 Women's Scholar Team of the Year with a national-best 3.86 GPA.
The USFCA also recognizes individual student-athletes based on their combined Fall and Spring semester GPAs (or Fall and Winter quarter GPAs). Individual athletes with an in-season GPA of 3.3 or higher will receive All-Academic recognition. Athletes with an in-season GPA of 3.7 or higher will receive Scholar of Distinction honors.
