Taylor Named American Conference Player of the Week

IRVING, Texas - Temple women's basketball player Tristen Taylor was named American Conference Player of the Week after two standout performances against USF and Charlotte, the conference announced Monday.
Taylor scored 16 points on 6-of-10 shooting, adding five assists and two steals in an 86–83 win over USF.
Taylor had a career-high 32 points against Charlotte, shooting 10-of-13 from the field and a perfect 6-for-6 from both three-point range and the free-throw line, while also recording six assists and four rebounds.
Taylor poured in 17 fourth-quarter points to spark the largest comeback in program history, as the Owls erased a 26-point deficit to secure an 83–82 victory over Charlotte.
