Temple Gymnastics Wraps Up at the Georgia Quad Meet

ATHENS, Ga.- Temple University Gymnastics finished with a 192.200 in the Georgia Quad Meet in Athens, Ga.
 

FINAL RESULTS 

1st Place – Georgia (197.675)
2nd Place – Central Michigan (195.900)
3rd Place – Temple (192.200)
4th Place – Fisk (188.775)
 

ROTATION ONE (BEAM: 47.700) 

  • The Owls kicked off the night with a Hailey Best beam routine that resulted in a 9.725, tying her second highest score on the event this season.
  • Sophomore Nikki Rengifo matched Best with her own score of 9.725. This score also marks her second highest score on the beam in 2026.
  • To continue with the trend, sophomore Robyn Dunne posted a 9.725 on the beam, also making that her second highest score of the season on the apparatus.

 
ROTATION TWO (FLOOR
: 48.400) 

  • Freshman Tali Flanigan matched a career-high on the floor, doing so in another SEC arena. Flanigan posted a 9.675 on floor.
  • Amelia Budd and Nikki Rengifo each followed in Flanigan's footsteps and posted a 9.675 of their own.
  • The anchor of the lineup, Brooklyn Thomas, posted the highest score of the night on floor for the Owls with a 9.775. This score is the second highest of Thomas' young career.


ROTATION THREE (VAULT: 48.475) 

  • On the vault, Brooklyn Thomas notched a 9.675 which ties her second-highest score of the season.
  • Nikki Rengifo marked her third highest score of the season on vault with the 9.775 she posted in tonight's meet.
  • Tonight's anchor, Amelia Budd, posted the highest score for the Owls on vault with a 9.825. Her score ties a career-high that was set only two weeks ago against LIU. This score secured a tie for third place overall on the vault in tonight's meet.

 
ROTATION FOUR (BARS
: 47.625) 

  • Senior Reese DeHaan posted her third 9.775 of the season on the bars, a high for her in 2026.
  • Competing in the third spot tonight for the Owls was Megan White. The junior notched her second 9.650 of the season.


UP NEXT 
The Owls will remain on the road for next week's meet against the University of New Hampshire. The Super Bowl Sunday match up will begin at 2:00 pm from Durham, N.H.
