Owls Set To Close Out Non-Conference Play At FDU

PHILADELPHIA - Temple volleyball will travel north to face Fairleigh Dickinson University closing out non-conference play. The 6:00 p.m. match will take place at the Bogota Savings Bank Center in Teaneck New Jersey. The Owls are coming off a great weekend where they went 2-0, and look to carry that momentum into tomorrow's match.

Kennedy Crayton continues her emergence as a key contributor for the Owls. Last time out, the freshman recorded a double double vs Princeton and had 33 digs on the weekend. Her skillfulness is earning her more playing time each week.
Jaya Moore has proved to be an offensive and defensive weapon for Temple early in the season. Her athleticism allows her to be versatile in the lineup. Moore's skill set was on display in the UMBC game where she was the team leader in Points(12.5), Kills(9), and Blocks(4.0).
Christiana Greene has been a strong leader for the Owls, rallying her team when they need her most. In the Princeton game when the team was trailing two sets to one, she provided timely scoring with kills and blocks, leading the team defensively and in points on the night with 16.
