2013 OUTDOOR: Placed second in the 800m at the Ramapo College Roadrunner Invitational with a time of 1:55:49 (4/5)...Placed fifth in the 800m at the USC Weems Baskin Invitational with a time of 1:58:16.
2012 OUTDOOR: Set a new personal-best time of 3:55.90 in the 1500m which placed him sixth overall at the Maryland Invite (3/31)…Ran the 800m in 1:51.81, marking a season-best time, at the Larry Ellis Invite (4/21)…Took fifth place with a time of 1:52.97 at A-10 Championships (5/5).
2011-12 INDOOR: Had a first-place finish in the Penn State National Open’s (1/27) 1000-meter relay with a time of 2:28.94…In the 1000m at the IC4A Championships, broke a 28-year old school record in the event, finishing the race in a time of 2:25.11, which was fast enough for second place in the event final.
2011 OUTDOOR: Clocked in at 7:27.62 to finish fifth and break the school record in the 4x800m relay at the IC4A Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: Cross country team was state champions...Indvidually, placed sixth…Individual 1600m state champion which broke school record with a time of 4:12.00…District finalist in the 1600 meter and placed seventh in cross country as a junior…Placed third in the state for 4x800 with a time of 7.42 which was seventh-fastest in the nation for 2009.
