2013 OUTDOOR: Set personal-best times in the 1500m, the 5000m and the 3000 steeplechase...Claimed first place in the 1500m while setting a personal-best time of 3:56.13 at the Ramapo College Roadrunner Invitational (4/5)...Placed fifth in the 5000m at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships (5/4) with a time of 14:35:07...Placed third in the 3000m steeplechase at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships (5/4) with a time of 8:58:14...Selected to represent Temple at the NCAA Regionals in the 3000m steeplechase.
2012-13 INDOOR: Placed second while setting a personal-best time in the mile (4:20.47) at the Navy vs. Temple, Delaware State Track and Field Meet (1/19)...Placed fifth at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships in the 3000m with a time of 8:32:06.
2012 OUTDOOR: Named to A-10 Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Placed fourth at the A-10 Championships in the steeplechase with a personal best time that also met IC4A qualifying standards (9:08.98)...In the 5000 meter run at the Patriot Open Invite, took over fifth place with his time of 14:52.37…Claimed first place in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Widener Invite (4/22) with a time of 9:25.77…One of five to represent Temple at USA Junior Outdoor Championships.
2011-12 INDOOR: Placed 12th in the 3000m run at with a time of 9:02.71 at the Father Diamond Meet (1/8).
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Whitehall, where he was part of a team that went undefeated in all regular season meets in 2009 and 2010 and in all invitational meets for three straight years (2008-10)...Served as his team's captain as a senior...Named all-state cross country first team...Tabbed Lehigh Valley All-Star team MVP all four years...Took first place at Lehigh Valley Conference Championship as a junior and a senior and is the course record holder...Finished in first place at the PIAA Cross Country Foundation meet in back-to-back seasons (2009 and 2010)...Also placed first at District II Championships in 2009 and 2010, where he is also the course record holder...Personal Bests are a finish time of 15:54 in a 5k run, a time of 9:18 at the 3200m and a finish time of 4:20 in the 1600m.
