2013: One of two Temple players to start all 46 games…Named to the Philadelphia Big 5 Academic Team...Opened the season on a 10-game hitting streak (2/15-3/9) and reached base safely in each of the first 20 games (2/15-3/27)…Hit .282 on the year with 48 hits, including team-high 3 triples…Drew team-high 24 walks…Reached base 11 times and batted .545, going 6-for-11, with five walks in games against #24 Virginia Tech and Holy Cross, earning him A-10 Co-Player of the Week (2/26) honors…Led Temple’s comeback rally against Saint Peters with 3-for-5 game, which included two doubles and 3 RBI…Named to 2012 A-10 Fall Commissioner’s Honor Roll and to Temple’s President’s Honor Roll (GPA 3.50 or higher).
2012: Played and started 49 games…Scored a run in his first collegiate game at ODU (2/17)…Recorded first hit and first double in a 2-for-5 day in the second game of the season at ODU (2/18)…Slapped three hits in five games…Leads the team in multi-hit games…Recorded the most hits in a Temple rookie season since Byron McKoy (program leader in hits all-time)…Went 3-for-3 in the first game of the doubleheader against Binghamton (3/18)…Also had a perfect day at the dish in the Owls’ first A-10 win of the season against Charlotte (4/15)…Knocked in a season-high two runs in the Owls’ blowout win at Longwood (3/4)…Reached base four times in a game twice (Longwood-3/3; Charlotte-4/15)…Tied for third on the team with 53 hits and placed fourth on the team with a .291 batting average…First Temple freshman to have 50+ hits in a rookie season since Byron McKoy (program’s all-time hits leader) had 64 in 2008.
HIGH SCHOOL: Batted .424 as a senior...Member of the 2011 Carpenter Cup team..Two-time receiver of "Gold Glove" and "Silver Slugger" awards...Named first tram all-division as a senior and also selected to the All-Shore third team...Started at short stop for three years...Posted a .965 fielding percentage...As a freshman, he was named the team's starting catcher...Won Shore Conferecne Sportsmanship awarfd for MAnasquan High School...Also named to all-division teams for soccer and basketball.
