2013: Made 12 starts on the mound as the Owls’ Friday starter, going 2-7 on the year with 4.43 ERA through 69.0 IP…Earned wins in the first game of the doubleheader against Penn State (3/17) and Charlotte (4/26)…Threw season-high seven strikeouts in his first start of the season (vs. Holy Cross, 2/24)…Tossed four quality starts, including two outings in which he lasted 8.0 innings (George Washington, 3/29; VCU, 4/12).
2012: Solidified a pot in the starting rotation, making 12 starts along with two appearances out of the bullpen games…Made his first collegiate appearance on the hill at ODU (2/18) recording four strikeouts in five innings of work…Had a sensational performance at Saint Louis against A-10 premiere pitcher Alex Alemann, as he struck out 10 Billikens and came three outs away from throwing a no-run, no-hit ballgame (3/24), earning him A-10 Rookie of the Week honors…Pitched a total of 80.1 innings in his first season as an Owl… First collegiate win came against Maryland Eastern Shore (3/10)… Recorded sixty-five strikeouts and ends the season with a record of 3-4 and an ERA of 3.51
