High School: Team captain … three-star prospect by Rivals.com and Scout.com... ranked 30th in Rivals.com Pennsylvania midseason poll and 58th nationally among all running backs … played running back and linebacker for coach John DeSimone at Wissahickon HS … as a senior, rushed for 2,215 yards … also had 82 tackles and three interceptions … earned first-team All-League honors at both RB and LB as a junior in 2008 … named the team’s Defensive Player of the Year following the 2008 season … also ran track … won the 100-meter Suburban One League championship in 10.9 seconds … also participated in the 4x100 and long jump for the Trojans … attended the 2008 Al Golden Football Camp.
