McCants … born March 18, 1989, in California … parents are Christine and Mark McCants … has two younger brothers-- Jamey (20) and Kellen (18)-- and a younger sister, Makenna (14) … father (1977-80) was a four-year letterwinner and team captain for Temple football … a member of the 1979 Garden State Bowl tea, Mark holds the school records for career interception yardage (297), interception yardage in a season (151, 1980), and interceptions in a game (3 vs. Akron, 1980) … strategic and organizational communication major.
