Cadeau Kelley

Kelley is entering his first year as a volunteer assistant coach of the Temple track an field teams. A graduate of the University of Akron, Kelley spent the 2008-09 season as a volunteer assistant for his alma mater. He captained the Zips’ squad for three years from 2006-2008, leading the men’s track and field team to its first ever Mid-American Conference Championship win in 2008.
Kelley holds the University of Akron school record for indoor and outdoor long jump and indoor and outdoor triple jump. Kelley is a five time MAC Champion (three in long jump, two in triple jump), and in 2008 was named Outdoor MAC Most Outstanding Field Performer. He was also named an Outdoor National All-American in long jump in 2008, ranking third in the nation. On the international level, Kelley placed sixth in long jump for Liberia at the 2006 African Championships and is the national long jump record holder in Liberia at 26-3.
