2009 Cross Country: Finished ninth with a time of 15:45.40 at the Haverford Duals…Posted 126th in a time of 28:11.17 at the Iona Meet of Champions…Ran a time of 27:36.46 for 37th place at the Blue & Gold Invitational…Named to Temple Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
2008-2009 Outdoor Track & Field: Took fifth place at the Danny Curran Invitational in the 10K with a time of 33:22.18.
High School: First team MAL All-Star in the 1600m....District 6 second place finisher in the 1600m....team captain as a senior...recorded a top time of 4:32 in the 1600 and 2:02 in the 800m.
