2009 Cross Country: Finished second with a pace of 15:21.50, marking the fastest time of the day for TU at the Haverford Duals…Placed 194th with a time of 25:32 at the Paul Short Invitational…Ran a time of 27:32.13 for 34th place at the Blue & Gold Invitational…Finished 44th at the Atlantic 10 Championship…Place 123rd at the NCAA Regional Championship…Named to Temple Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
2009 Outdoor Track & Field: Came away with a first place finish with a 15.23.05 in the 5000m at Danny Curran Invitational.
2008 Indoor Track & Field: Competed in the 800m at the Towson Invitation with a time of 2:09.66.
2007-2008 Indoor Track & Field: Took fifth at the Delaware Invitational in the 5k with a time of 15:58.86... Ran the mile at the Gotham Cup in a time of 4:41.96... Ran a season-best time of 9:09 in the 3000m at the Great Dane Classic ...Competed in the 3000m run at A-10s in a time of 9:16.66.
