2019: Competed in three races for the Owls...Finished in the top 50 at both the Lehigh Invitational and Iona Meet of Champions...Was the third runner in the Cherry and White to cross the finish line at the 46th Annual Paul Short Run.
2018: Raced in all seven meets for the Owls...Earned 10th at the Temple Invitational to help the Owls place nine in the top-10...Finished 16th at the Army West Point Open to help Temple upset a nationally recognized Army squad...Finished in the top-30 at the AAC Championships.
2017: Competed in six races for the Temple...Reached a person best time of 25:20.2 in the 8K at the Rider Invitational (10th)...Took first place in the IC4A Coaches Race with a time of 26:53.1 in the 5 mile race.
2016: Ran in all eight races with the Owls…Ran his own season best time of 25:40.28 in the 8K race at the Rider Invitational.
High School: Ran cross country with York Suburban High School…Team earned PIAA District 3 AA Champions three years in a row…During his junior season the team was PIAA State AA Champions.
Personal: Majoring in advertising...Graduated from York Suburban with honors…Played basketball in high school...Interested in music and branding.
