2012 Cross Country: Earned Atlantic 10 All-Conference honors by placing 14th at the A-10 Championships in a time of 26:08.4, joining All-American Travis Mahoney as two of the only three Temple cross country runners to ever earn all-conference honors...Helped the Owls to their best-ever finish of fourth place at the conference meet...Placed 35th at the IC4A Championships in a time of 26:46...Took 27th place overall at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a time of 31:09...Placed 15th at the Leopard Invite...Was the team's third-fastest runner at the Paul Short Invite with a time of 25:46...Helped the team to the Friend Invitational title with a second-place time of 27:49.
2011 Cross Country: Named to A-10 Fall Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Ran the Brother Doyle Meet of Champions (9/17) in 26:56.38 to take 70th place overall…Placed 36th among the 124 individuals that ran at the A-10 Championships to finish as Temple's fastest runner… Placed 78th overall with a time of 32:32 at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals…Led the Owls with a 16th place and finish time of 26:27 at the IC4A Championships.
2010 Cross Country: Owned the fastest finish time among Temple freshmen at the Monmouth Invitational, placing 13th overall in a time of 27:20...Ran the 8K Paul Short Invitational in 27:22...Placed 116th in the Penn State National, helping Temple to a 16th place finish...Helped Temple to an eighth-place finish at A-10 Championships, placing 72nd overall in 26:33...Took 110th place at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional in 33:04...Took 89th place at the IC4As in 27:55.
