2013 OUTDOOR: Took sixth place at the IC4A Championships in the triple jump (14.88m)...Placed second in the triple jump at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a personal-best mark of 14.89m...Also placed second in the long jump at the A-10 Championships with a personal-best mark of 7.29m...Had a personal-best time in the 100m dash (10.93) at the A-10 Championships (5/4)...Named the A-10 Performer of the Week on April 30 after winning the triple jump at the Penn Relays with a mark of 15.06m (4/27)...Set a personal record in the long jump (7.08m) at the Ramapo College Roadrunner Invitational (4/5)...Selected to represent Temple at the NCAA East Region Preliminary in the triple jump.
2012-13 INDOOR: During the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships (2/16), clocked a time of 7.19 in the 60m dash, setting a personal-best time and placing 16th...Finished 12th in the triple jump at the IC4A Championships (14.25m)...At the Navy vs. Temple, Delaware State T&F Meet (1/19), placed first with a mark of 14.37m. ..Part of the 4x400m relay team that placed second at the A-10 Championships...Placed ninth in the long jump at the A-10 Championships (6.53m).
2012 OUTDOOR: 2012 A-10 Champion in the triple jump, as he landed an average mark of 15.22 meters…Qualfied for NCAA East Region Preliminary…Landing distance of 14.21 meters in the triple jump at the Maryland Invite (3/31) was the best among all event participants…Took part in the triple jump at the Patriot Open Invite (4/15), where he set a mark of 14.70 meters for fourth place.
2011-12 INDOOR: Jumped 13.92 meters to take second place in the triple jump at the Jack Pyrah Invite (12/3)…Landed a distance of 14.69 meters in the triple jump, yielding him to meet the IC4A qualifying standard at the Gotham Cup (1/14)…Placed third in the triple jump event with his distance of 14.63 meters at the Naval Academy (1/21)…Posted a strong performance with a landing of 14.30 meters in the triple jump at the Penn State National Open (1/28)…Leaped a distance of 48 feet 11.50 inches (14.92) in the triple jump, setting a new personal best at the URI Tribute to Torpey Invite (2/4)…Landed 47 feet, 11.25 inches in the triple jump to take the runner-up position in the event at the A-10 Championships (2/18)…Earned a second place finish in the triple jump with his leap of 15.28 meters (50 feet, 6 inches) to earn Temple eight points at the IC4A Championships (3/3).
2011 OUTDOOR: Reigning Atlantic 10 Outdoor Rookie of the Year...Placed second in the triple jump at the Greyhound Invitational with a mark of 46-08.25.
2010-11 INDOOR: Jumped 13.92 meters to take second place in the triple jump at the Jack Pyrah Invitational...Placed second in the triple jump with at leap of 47-07.00 at the Navy Open...Placed first in the triple jump at the Monmouth Invitational with a mark of 46-04.00...Took fourth place in the triple jump with a leap of 47-02.50 at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: During senior indoor season, placed first at NYSPHSAA State Champion Meet in triple jump with personal best of 47’6.5”…All- conference first team in long and triple jump…In outdoor season, was division and conference champion in triple jump and won Class A Conference meet…Won Section IV State Qualifier in the triple jump… Named a scholar-athlete… Achieved All-Section first team triple jump and All- Metro first team long and triple jump…During junior outdoor season, was STAC champion in triple jump and long jump…Won the Section IV triple jump title…All-Section first team in triple jump…All-Metro triple jump and long jump…Season best of 21’9”…As a sophomore, won the metro division triple jump.
PERSONAL: Majoring in kinesiology...Serves at the Vice President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and is a Dean's List student.
