2014: Placed 3rd overall on floor at the ECAC championships with a score of 9.725… Capone earned her first collegiate event win at the dual meet against Ursinus, scoring a 9.75 on the floor… She qualified for the USAG event finals on the vault with a score of 9.8, earning her first-team All-American honors… At the dual meet against William & Mary, she posted a season high 9.8 on the floor and a career high 9.825 on the vault… Capone was named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Women’s Team for 2014… Capone was a member of the lineup that defeated Towson for the first time in Temple Gymnastics history.
2013: Posted a career high 9.8 on the floor at the ECAC championship to place fourth overall on the apparatus… Posted a career high of 9.7 on the vault at the Ken Anderson Memorial Invite…Qualified for USAG nationals on the vault.
2012: Named Temple Women’s Gymnastics Most Improved Gymnast of the Year…At the USAG Championships (4/12) she led off the vault lineup for the Owls and earned her highest score all season with a tally of 9.575…Named to the ECAC All-Academic Team.
