- Competed in eight of the Owls’ 14 meets in her first year, all on bars.
- Set a career-high on bars at 9.550 during the Women in Sports meet (2/2).
- Had an NQS of 9.425 on bars.
Since 2018, Varano has competed as a level 10 gymnast with Parkettes Gymnastics in Allentown, Pa. where she's has been a two-time national qualifier. Varano became 2023 National Medalist, finishing sixth on the vault at the Development Program Nationals in Oklahoma City in May. As an L10, the Parkland High School senior has a career-high of 9.875 on vault. Out of the gym, Varano has earned honor roll status throughout high school and will join Temple looking to major in sports management.
