2010 OUTDOOR: Took top honors in the 100m hurdles with a time of 15.40 and the 100m dash with a time of 12.75 at the Villanova Invite…Also, ran a time of 2:34.87 in the 800m run for ninth place and tossed a distance of 21.07m in the javelin throw for fourth place at the Villanova Invite…Nailed a leap of 11.87m in the triple jump for second place at the Colonial Relays…Also, placed second in the 200m dash with a time of 25.58 and part of the 4x100m relay team that placed eighth in a time of 47.93 at the Colonial Relays…Broke the tape at 1:03.78 in the 400m hurdles for sixth place and member of the 4x400m relay team that finished second with a time of 3:47.09 at the Lou Onesty Invitational…Also, finished 10th in the high jump with a distance of 11.00m at the Lou Onesty Invitational…Part of the 4x400m relay team that clocked in a time of 3:44.48 for a fifth place finish at the Penn Relays… Earned a gold in the 200m dash with a time of 24.22 and placed third in the 100m dash finals with a time of 12.06 at the Atlantic 10 Championship…Finished fifth in the 100m hurdles in a time of 14.41…Also, took the long jump title with a distance of 5.91m and cleared a distance of 11.65m in the triple jump for sixth place at the Atlantic 10 Championship…Leaped 6.06m in the long jump for first place at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet…Clocked in at 3:39.73 for a third place finish in the 4x400m relay at the 2010 ECAC Championship…Turned in a 20th place finish in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:43.14 at the NCAA East Regional.
2009-10 INDOOR: Set a season best with 5.51m in the long jump for 14th place at the Penn State National Invitational…Finished 33rd in the 60m dash with a time of 7.97 at the New Balance Invitational…Marked a distance of 5.55m in the long jump for third place and nabbed 11th place in the triple jump with a distance of 11.06m at the Atlantic 10 Championship…Also, placed third in the pentathlon with 3384 points at the Atlantic 10 Championship…Posted eighth place in the pentathlon with a total of 3304 points at the ECAC Championship.
