2008 Outdoor: Won program[apos]s first ever title in heptathlon at 2008 Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships... 2nd place finish in long jump (5.72m), 5th place finish in 100m hurdles (14.96), and 8th place finish in high jump (1.57) at University of Pennsylvania Invitational...With a time of 2:24.52, placed 3rd in 800m dash at Towson Invitational.
2007-08 Indoor: Third place finish in long jump at 2008 A-10 Indoor Championships...First place finish in 800m run, long jump, high jump, and indoor pentathlon at Bucknell Bison Opener, which set a new Temple pentathlon record... 2nd place finish in shot put at the same meet... Finished first in 55m hurdles at 18th Annual Bucknell Winter Classic.
2007 Outdoor: Finished as the runner-up in the Atlantic 10 in the heptathlon with 4,552 points...Had a season-best time of 26.04 in the 200m at the Duke Invitational...Recorded a team and season-best 5-0 in the high jump at the Terrapin Invitational...Also notched a team and season-best 17-10 in the long jump at the Monmouth Invitational...Had a seventh-place finish in the 100m hurdles at the Duke Invitational with a season-best qualifying score of 14.98 and finals time of 15.24...Named second team all-Atlantic 10 in the heptathlon.
2006-07 Indoor: Finished ninth at A-10s in the 55m hurdles with a season-best time of 8.52... Part of the Atlantic 10 Champion 4x400 relay team that won with a time of 3:56.02...Placed eighth at A-10s in the long jump with a distance of 17-1 1/2...Team[apos]s top finisher for the season in the high jump (5-1 - Great Dane Classic)...Also set a personal best of 17-6in the long jump at the Bison Open.
Outdoor 2006: Team MVP...Finished second in the heptathlon (4,134) and seventh in the long jump (17-4) at A-10s...Long jump was a season best...Also recorded a distance of 17-0 3/4 in the long jump at TCNJ...Competed in the high jump (5-0) at Maryland and the 100m hurdles at Princeton (15.19).
Indoor 2005-06: Was sixth in the long jump (17-1 1/2), ninth in the high jump (5-1) and 15th in the 400m (1:00.64) at A-10s...Finished second in the high jump (5-2) and long jump (17-2 3/4)...Was ninth in the 500m at the Gotham Cup (1:18.43).
High School: Owns school records in the 100m (12.2), 200m (25.5), 300m (41.9), 400m (58.5), 800m (2:20.3), 100mh (15.4), 300mh (44.68), 400mh (64.5), long jump (17[apos]10[quote]), triple jump (34[apos]4[quote]), and high jump (5[apos]2[quote])...All-Catholic League, All-Delco, and All-Main Line for indoor and outdoor...Team co-captain...Two-time Delco champion in the heptathlon.
