2007 Outdoor: Finished 16th at A-10s in the triple jump with a distance of 34-9 3/4... Ran a season-best 1:11.15 in the 400m hurdles at the Larry Ellis Invitational...
2006-07 Indoor: Placed 12th at A-10s in the triple jump with a season-high distance of 34-2 1/4...Recorded a season-best 1:06.89 in the 400m at the Gotham Cup.
2006 Outdoor: Had best triple jump at TCNJ (31-7 1/2)...Finished 12th in the triple jump at A-10s (30-6 1/2)...Also recorded a distance of 31-3 3/4 at Monmouth.
2005-06 Indoor: Was eighth in the triple jump at A-10s with season and team best distance of 32-2 3/4...Was 22nd in the triple jump at Bucknell (32-1).
High School: Two-time team MVP...All-county selection...Owns personal bests of 12.6 in the 100m, 16.5 in the 100m hurdles, 26.5 in the 200m, and 47.1 in the 300m hurdles.
Personal: Majoring in kinesiology.
