2010 OUTDOOR: Clocked in a time of 1:14.18 in the 400m hurdles for seventh place at the Villanova Invite…Finished 12th in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:09.18 at the Lou Onesty Invitational.
2009- 10 INDOOR: Placed fourth in the 800m run with a time of 2:58.95 and took 13th place in the long jump with a distance of 4.67m at the Jack Pyrah Invitational.
2009 OUTDOOR: Ran a 1:11.39 in the 440m hurdles at the McHale Dual Meet with La Salle.
2008 OUTDOOR: Ranked three times at 2008 Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships: 7th place finish in 100m hurdles (15.67), 400m hurdles (1:05.90), and finished 15th in long jump (4.94m)...Placed 7th in 400m hurdles at Towson Invitational with a time of 1:07.44... Finished 4th in 100m hurdles at New Jersey Invitational with a time of 15.33...Placed twice at TCNJ Lion's Invitational: 4th place in 400m hurdles (1:05.30) and 3rd place overall in long jump with a distance of 5.31m.
2007-08 INDOOR: 4th place finish in the open 55m high hurdles and 9th place finish overall in 400m dash at 18th annual Bucknell Winter Classic...5th place finish, and 9th overall in 500m dash at the Thomson Invitational...Ranked #29 of 55 scored runners overall in 400m dash at The Great Dane Classic.
HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time state champion in the 55m hurdles...Also state champion in the 4x400.
