Bill Bailey joined the Temple Football staff as an assistant strength and conditioning coach in September 2022.
Bailey was a second-team all-conference linebacker at Alderson Broaddus in 2017. In the summer of 2019 he interned as a strength and conditioning coach with the New York Jets before holding a similar role with East Tennessee that fall. In 2020 he interned at Ohio State during 2020 leading to a berth in the National Championship game. He followed that with a graduate assistant position at Georgia Southern from January 2021 through September 2022 before joining Temple.
The Woodbine, N.J., native earned his master’s in kinesiology and coaching from Georgia Southern in 2022.
