Temple Field Hockey Loses To 12th Ranked James Madison

PHILDELPHIA - The Temple field hockey team lost 5-1 today, October 1 to James Madison

University at Geasey Field.

The Dukes' were led by Senior Liz Sanders who scored three goals. Traci

Forchetti and Janelle Perlis also had a goal. Ryan Shean, Theresa Dinallo,

and Kandiss Edmundson each added an assist.

The Owls' only goal of the game came in the second half by senior Jessica

Jaworski (Voorhees, N.J./Eastern). Virginia Gonzalez (Reading, Pa./Twin

Valley) recorded the assist.

Temple's next game is at Penn State on October 4 and will return home on

October 7 to take on S. W. Missouri State.
